Technology innovation serves as the foundation of Chery Group, Raylove Technology adheres to the Group's technology concept, and has introduced a large number of high-end talents from automotive, technology, machinery, Internet and other fields to create a R&D team with rich experience in R&D, high management level and deep understanding of industry technology and customer needs.

V-shaped Forward Development Process

Based on the principle of "R&D as the guide, innovation as the driving force, and quality as the pursuit", Raylove Technology insists on "V" shaped forward development, completing end-to-end development from market (customer demand) to market (customer satisfaction), improving development maturity from project progress & quality & cost, creating a complete development and design process and test verification process for product development.

Hundreds of Technology Patents

In 2021, Raylove Technology won the certificate of A-level assessment of the integration of industrialization and industrialization management system. In 2022, we won the honorary titles of high-tech enterprise, science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, and Technologically Advanced enterprise. Our core technology team has been continuously making technological innovations and breakthroughs in high-performance lithium battery systems. Therefore, we have applied for more than 100 technical patents within two years, covering core technologies such as PACK, BMS, and  power station.

Rich Product Series

In the past two years, the batch production projects have exceeded 10, and the power battery PACK-J11 is equipped with Chery QQ ice cream, and the installed volume has exceeded 100,000 sets. A variety of models of Kerry New Energy BEV and Jetour PHEV power battery PACK have completed development and testing, and entered the stage of small batch delivery, and battery modules and cases can be customized according to demand.

Quality Management

Raylove Technology has created a unique Raylove quality management system based on Chery's vehicle quality management system, fully identifying the requirements of the organization and related parties, emphasizing defect prevention through quality management planning, reducing variation and waste, fully implementing the concept of continuous improvement in the process, enhancing customer satisfaction, providing product life-cycle services, and passing the IATF16949 quality Management system certification in 2022. Furthermore, Raylove Technology established a joint test center with Chery Automobile, and test areas covering power battery, motor electric control, environmental reliability, charging system, power station system, integrated energy management system, whole vehicle wading in water, physical and chemical testing, etc., thus providing our customers with safe, stable and efficient products and services.

Manufacturing Capability

Based on Chery Group's CPS production system, we have integrated the industry's advanced intelligent manufacturing production system to establish the Raylove RPS production system. Furthermore, we insist on implementing the six principles of "full participation, standardization, continuous improvement, quality first, shortening manufacturing cycle, and eliminating cost waste" to strengthen production standards and ensure product quality. The phase I of the project has built a number of intelligent production lines, and has successfully supplied to a number of OEMs such as Chery New Energy Vehicle, Kerry New Energy Vehicle and Jetour Automobile, and the output value has exceeded 2 billion yuan in 2022.
